Managing Director
Mr. Carlos Serrano-Quan was the 2016 Chairman of the Chinese Real Estate Association of America, and has over twelve years of experience in the San Francisco commercial and residential real estate market. Mr. Serrano-Quan was previously the Director of International Asia Relations of Keller Williams San Francisco. His leadership has led to his appointment to various positions by the City and County of San Francisco, and the S.F. Board of Supervisors. He has experience as Executive Director of Homeownership San Francisco, the Community Youth Center, the Chinese Newcomer’s Service Center. Mr. Serrano-Quan was also appointed to serve as a Citizen’s Advisory Committee Member for the San Francisco Department of Aging and Adult Services, and the San Francisco Department of Children, Youth, and Families. He has served on the Government Affairs Committee of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, to advocate for homeowners’ rights and fair housing policies

Tony Y. Chan is the Commercial Broker at Verakin Group. He did over $80mill in real estate sales since 2014.

Before real estate, Tony was in tech. He is the creator of a popular app: “One Chinese a Day”. This app was the #1 paid educational app at the Amazon app store. He was also the founder of Facio software, the redberry company in China. Tony helped the company grow from 0 to US$2MM in sales in 3 years. He and his company were interviewed by the Businessweek. In 2003, Tony worked at Rhapsody networks where he was responsible for storage management. This company was acquired by Brocade Communications for US$175MM. Previously, Tony was at Vitalsigns Software, Inc. where he was responsible for Vital Suites, which received a Network World award. This company was later acquired by Lucent Technology for US$128MM. Tony started his career at Microsoft and was the part of the Windows 95 development group. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and his Master’s degree, also in Electrical Engineering, from Stanford University.

Lucy Concepcion has been a full-time CA Realtor since 2003. She started her real estate career in Sacramento. In her rookie year, she closed 9 transactions and in 2005 earned her membership to the SAR Master’s Club and performing at the top 9% of Sacramento Association of Realtors. Lucy has great people skills and excellent customer experience. She enjoys learning all there is about real estate and has continued her education over the years, compiling a number of certificates and designations. She has designations such as GRI, ABR, ASP, BPOR, ePRO, CSP. She has a Property Management Certification and is working on getting the designation, as well.

Lucy is very passionate about her work and always aim for the best for all her clients. For her home sellers, she provides free staging services to make sure they get the most for the sale of their house. For home buyers, she negotiates to get the house they want. She believes that communication between all parties in the transaction is essential to a smooth and stress-free close of escrow. Navigating real estate can be a tricky business and the San Francisco market is even more challenging. It takes a realtor who has a real feel for people of all ethnicities and real knowledge of the market to properly represent and assist you with today’s Bay Area real estate market. It is very important for clients to have a realtor who understands the complexities of San Francisco real estate. Over the years she has learned the intricacies of the local rules, policies and guidelines, especially with San Francisco disclosures and the SF Rental Board.

Jen is a fervent real estate investor both locally in the Bay Area and out-of-state since 2009. She has also been managing properties for the past 10 years and she is committed to delivering the dream of home ownership to her clients. Her goal is to represent and serve clients with their best interests in mind throughout the home selling & buying process from her varied experience, specialized knowledge, and unwavering diligence. Before real estate, Jen was a Finance Manager in tech companies and is an expert in financial analysis. She received her MBA from University of California, Berkeley.
